Congratulations for Prof. Jean Muris – ESPCG Educational Officer

The board of the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences in Maastricht has appointed prof. dr. Jean Muris as per January 1, 2017 as chair of the department of family medicine. 

The appointment has a regular term of 6 years. 

 

Prof. dr. Muris succeeds prof.dr. Job Metsemakers, who will discontinue his position as chair. 

The board expresses it’s gratitude to prof.dr. Metsemakers for the way he has filled in this position for the last 14 years. Prof.dr. Metsemakers will be actively involved in the department of family medicine until his retirement late 2018.

The board wishes prof.dr. Muris a lot of succes in his new position.
