To mark European Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month 2019 taking place this March, ESPCG and United European Gastroenterology (UEG) call on increased attention to the burden of CRC across Europe. With death rates rising, a vital measure in reducing CRC incidence and mortality rates is to increase early detection through cancer screening.
The video highlights the importance of governments, healthcare professionals and individuals working together to increase participation rates and improve the quality of screening programmes across Europe.
